This site is also our web application: clients submit project details and sign agreements online, and our team signs in to price jobs, build and send proposals, and run the work through to completion.

About this app
Best Super Cleaning is a web application for running a construction cleaning business end to end. It replaces spreadsheets, email threads, and paper contracts with a single system that takes a job from first phone call to signed agreement to finished work. Our estimators, sales reps, office staff, and field crews all work in it; clients interact with it through public quote requests, proposal links, and e-signature pages that need no account.
What you can do in the app
Log inbound calls, emails, and web intake requests, then turn them into deals with property, contact, and general-contractor details attached.
Calculate labor, debris yardage, dump fees, and materials from configurable rate tables, with square footage broken out floor by floor and building by building.
Generate a branded proposal from a template, adjust pricing within approved limits, and add reusable clauses for exclusions and conditions.
Email proposals and service agreements to clients, track when they are opened, and collect a legally recorded electronic signature with an audit certificate.
Route discounts and demolition estimates to managers for approval, with role-based access so each person sees only what their job requires.
Create jobs from won deals, assign crews and trucks, track time and dump receipts, and manage tasks, documents, and invoicing.
Who uses it
Sales representatives quote and send proposals. Estimators complete on-site demolition surveys from their phones. Managers review pricing and approve discounts. Office staff schedule crews, issue invoices, and keep documents in order. Clients — general contractors, developers, and property owners — receive proposals and sign them from a private link, without creating an account.
Signing in and connected accounts
Staff sign in with a work email address or with Google; accounts are invite only and created by the office. Team members may optionally connect their Google account so that proposals and agreements they send go out from their own work email address instead of a generic one. That connection is used only to send messages the user has explicitly composed in the app; it is never used to read personal mail, and it can be disconnected at any time.
