These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Best Super Cleaning business application at bscny.app ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who may use the Service
The Service is provided for use by Best Super Cleaning staff, authorized company representatives, and invited business partners. You must have valid credentials issued or approved by us to sign in.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any portion of the Service without permission.
5. Content and data
Business data you enter or upload (contacts, deals, proposals, documents, and related records) is used to operate the Service on your behalf. You represent that you have the right to submit such data and that its use in the Service does not violate any obligation to a third party.
6. Proposals, signatures, and contracts
Proposals sent through the Service may be electronically signed by recipients. Electronic signatures collected by the Service are intended to have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures where permitted by law. The signed content and its audit trail are recorded and retained as part of the contract record.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Google for sign-in, email delivery, SMS, mapping, and cloud hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Changes to these Terms
