Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. Who we are and who this covers
Best Super Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") operates the application at bscny.app. It is the business tool our staff use to manage sales pipelines, pricing, proposals, jobs, and related operations.
This policy covers three groups of people: our staff and authorized company representatives who sign in; members of the public who send us a quote request through our website; and customer representatives who open, review, or sign a proposal or agreement we send them.
2. Information we collect
From staff and authorized users, when you sign in or use the application:
- Account information: name, email address, profile picture, and provider identifier (e.g., Google account ID) when you sign in with Google.
- Business data you enter: customer contacts, company records, property addresses, deal details, notes, tasks, communications logs, and files you upload.
- Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, browser and device information for security, audit, and diagnostics.
From members of the public who request a quote: the name, company, email address, phone number, project address, and project details you type into our request form, plus the time we received it.
From people who review or sign a proposal or agreement: the name and email address of the signer, the typed or drawn signature, the IP address and browser user agent of the device used, and the date and time of each view, access-code entry, and signature. We collect this because it is what makes an electronic signature provable, and it is recorded on the signature audit certificate attached to the signed document.
3. Session recording
This site and application load Microsoft Clarity, which records page views, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement so we can see how the site is used, find broken layouts, and improve the experience. This includes our public marketing pages, the proposal and agreement pages we link you to, our quote request form, and the signed-in application our team uses. Clarity sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and browser information.
Text you type into forms is masked by default in these recordings — Clarity captures that typing occurred, not the characters you entered. Signature drawings, access codes, and passwords are likewise not captured as readable content.
4. How we use information
- To operate the application and provide the features you request.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To send transactional notifications (proposals, task assignments, alerts).
- To maintain audit logs required for contracts, signatures, and internal controls.
- To improve reliability, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
5. Google user data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email address, and profile picture) as permitted by the scopes you grant. We use this data solely to identify you within the application and to display your account information. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., our hosting and database provider) or as required by law.
6. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host and operate the application (hosting, database, email delivery, SMS, mapping).
- Authorized users within your workspace, subject to role-based access controls.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
7. Data retention
We retain business records and audit logs for the life of the contract and as required by applicable law and internal policy. You may request deletion of your personal account data by contacting us using the details below.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, row-level security in our database, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to protect your data.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
